Sound healing sessions and solfeggio frequencies may have that shiny new age flair, but sometimes laying on your living room floor feeling into the subtle vibrations of an old Spotify playlist can crack you right open...so the light can sink in. Listening to music is one of the few rituals that can instantly shift my energy. I also believe when you personally curate a playlist, you imbue your own unique frequency into that curation. This is a playlist that I put-together over the past few years featuring a myriad of soulful, healing songs. I hope it serves you as much as it’s served me. Be sure to like and follow along for more drops.
These past couple of weeks have been gut-wrenching, emotionally exhausting and overly-stimulating. I discovered these single-use, self-heating warm eye compresses when I was pretty burnt out earlier this year, staring at far too many screens for far too long. They’re like hot hands for your eyes. The perfect remedy post-screen time or cathartic cry.
I swooped this weighted mulberry silk eye mask for my flight to Italy to cover The Ranch. It comes with a small crystal disk that you slip into a little pocket that lies on your third eye chakra — your intuitive energy center between your eyebrows. The weight triggers the nervous system to promote a sense of calm and blocks any and all light. You can pick what crystal most aligns with the energy that you’d like to connect with: amethyst for calming, purple fluorite for intuition, blue lace agate for grounding and rose quartz for love.
Slowww clap for my new favorite conscious beauty product. These eye masks are made of natural actives which brighten and depuff. They really work! They’re clear, so perfect for travel and also fully dissolve in hot water. Not to mention, the price is incredibly accessible for the quantity and quality.
I tested this brand out during COVID for a medicinal mushroom boost — not the magical kind that I recently wrote about. I stayed healthy and energized while taking them and also really loved the sweet earthy taste — which I feel like is rare for potent adaptogenic tinctures. They’re most known now for their Cycle Balance support which apparently works wonders to keep your menstrual cycle in check…stay tuned.
