My 9-STEP MINDFUL MORNING ROUTINE
Mornings are the foundation of your days, which create your weeks, months & years.
Your morning routine is one of the most integral tuning forks of life. Through energy-rich rituals (what you do, drink, eat & wear) that align with your lifestyle, you can not only successfully set the tone for your agenda ahead, but you can intentionally tune into your best self so you can share your work & purpose with the world.
When routines are practiced with consistent intention, they act as familiar grounding pillars allowing the space for new thoughts and ideas to flow to me with ease — similar to meditation. In essence, routines allow my higher consciousness to take the wheel.
